We are operating agency based on eco-tourism dedicated to the conservation of of the environmental terrotory, nature tourism and environmental protection in the territory of Minca and the Sierra Nevada of Santa Marta.

RESPONSABILITY

In accordance with the provisions of article 17 of law 679 of 2001, the EXPEDITION MINCA, and it´s operators warn tourist that “sexual explotation and abuse of minors are criminally and administratively sancioned, un accordance with current laws”.

By virtue of Resolution 3840 of 2009 of the ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism, EXPEDITION MINCA, and its operators accept and promote with their management and employees, the code of conduct contemplated in article 1 of law 1336 of December 21 July 2009.

Conforme en lo dispuesto en el artículo 17 de la ley 679 del 2001, la agencia EXPEDITION MINCA y sus operadores advierten al turista que “ la explotación y el abuso sexual de menores de edad son sancionados penal y administrativamente, conforme a las leyes vigentes” .
En virtud de la Resolución 3840 de 2009 del Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo, EXPEDITION MINCA , y sus operadores se acogen y fomentan con su directiva y empleados, el Código de Conducta contemplado en el artículo 1° de la Ley 1336 del 21 de julio de 2009.

RECOMENDATIONS

Bring comfortable clothing, botilo or camelback for hydratation, bring grip shoes and change them if requiered.

Remember that the climate is that of a humid tropical forest, it is a advisable to bring an extra change of clothes, a raincoat and swimsuit.

Natural repellent for mosquitoes, sunscreen (bathing in water sources with sunscreen or body cream is not allowed)

Bring a flashlight, cellphone and/or camera. (under the responsability of the client)

keep your valuables under surveillance, the administration is not responsible for loss or damage. Do not extract or damage the flora and fauna. Follow the guide´s recomendations and the places visited.

GARBAGE IS PART OF YOUR LUGGAGE

Most importantly, you are not allowed to get!

RESERVATIONS AND RETURNS

To guarantee the reservation, and advance payment of 50% of the value of the contracted package will be required; full payment must be made at least one (2) days before arrival use of the services).

Changes in the itinerary and/or services may be affected by the climatic factors, there for EXPEDITION MINCA is not responsable for the result.

RETURNS

  • With a cancellation equal to or greater than 30 days in advance, the refund is 100%
  • Between 20 and 29 days in advance, the refund is 95%
  • Between 15 and 19 days in advance, the refund is 60%
  • Between 11 and 14 days in advance, the refund is 30%
  • Between 0 and 10 days in advance, there is not refund.

Traer ropa cómoda. Botilo o camelbak para hidratación. Traer zapatos de agarre y de cambio.
Recordar que el clima es de bosque tropical húmedo, recomendable llevar un cambio de ropa extra, un impermeable y traje de baño.
Repelente para zancudos, bloqueador solar (no se permite el baño en fuentes hídricas con bloqueador o crema del cuerpo)
Llevar linterna, celular y/o cámara fotográfica. (bajo responsabilidad del cliente)
Mantener sus objetos de valor vigilados, la administración no se hace responsable por pérdidas o daños.
No extraer ni dañar la flora y la fauna. seguir las recomendaciones del guía y de los lugares visitados.
LA BASURA HACE PARTE DE TU EQUIPAJE.

RESERVAS Y DEVOLUCIONES
Para garantizar la reserva se exigirá un anticipo del 50% del valor del paquete contratado, el pago total deberá hacerse mínimo dos (2) días antes de la llegada y uso de los servicios).
Cambios en el itinerario y/o servicios pueden verse afectados por factores climáticos, por lo tanto EXPEDITION MINCA no se hace responsable por el resultado.
DEVOLUCIONES: ● Con una cancelación igual o mayor a 30 días de anterioridad, la devolución es del 100% ● Entre 20 y 29 días de anterioridad, la devolución es del 95% ● Entre 15 y 19 días de anterioridad, la devolución es del 60% ● Entre 11 y 14 días de anterioridad, la devolución es del 30% ● Entre 0 y 10 días de anterioridad, no hay devolución.
